• Sai was raised by a very over bearing mother who kept him very sheltered. He had to beg her to let him go to public school, and even know he has to call her every day and she usually visits him on the weekends, since she lives a hour away. Sai likes this because he’s really close with his parents. His dad is very supportive of him, and doesn’t make a fuss over the things he paints, the way he dresses or anything that his mother usually has a mental break down about.

• Sai had only one close friend when he was younger, and his name was Shin. They were next door neighbours and they used to sneak out to see each other all the time. They were always together, and Sai looked up to the older boy as a brother. When Sai was fourteen, Shin passed away from cancer. Even though Sai knew Shin didn’t have much longer, the event broke his heart and he couldn’t seem to focus on anything for the longest time. His parents even let him take a year off school to give him time, and they even took him travelling around europe to try and distract him. He still gets pretty choked about it, but he knew Shin wouldn’t want to see him so sad and he’d promised the male that he would make more effort to making friends and being happy. Because of this promise, Sai has stepped out of his shell and is more open to people.

• Sai loves manga and has a large collection that takes up a lot of space in his closet.
• Sai’s biggest love is art, and he likes to experiment in many fields. His favorite thing to do is paint, and his favorite thing to paint is people. Especially people who catch his attention. If he finds someone beautiful, they stick in his head. He will end up drawing dozens of pictures of them. He doesn`t often show them off though, since he`s pretty shy and thinks people will think he`s creepy for drawing so many pictures of them. 
• Sai becomes attached to people very easily and is extremely affectionate. He often leads people on because of this.
   
• Sai loves music and often is seen with head phones on, humming his favorite pop songs. His favorite artist is Lady Gaga.
• Sai loves the human body, he finds it to be a beautiful wonder. Which is why a lot of his shirts are very short cut and show off his stomach.
